Member Services Coordinator Summary The Member Services Coordinator is a vital member of the BR team and is responsible for assuring superior customer service to all Association members and successful operations of the front office.
This position performs a wide variety of administrative support functions and makes certain phones are answered promptly and guests are greeted professionally, and their needs met.
This person will act as the central point of contact for all Association members therefore will play a primary role in promoting a professional image and valued reputation.
Responsibilities and Results Primary point of contact for incoming phone calls, greeting members at front desk, assisting members with questions, aids in problem solving, and addresses concerns promptly and effectively Processes all new member applications, including but not limited to affiliate and office admin Maintains training status and requirements for new members Assists with transfer and deactivation requests Responsible for maintaining an accurate member database and promptly records all additions, changes, and deletions Keep members current in AMS, MLS, and M1 Acts a liaison for SentriLock key service and is chief person in relation to technical support for the office or individuals Is fully knowledgeable of the MLS Rules and Regulations, Lock Box Rules and Regulations and Policies of BR Maintains and Supports all functions of the Lockbox System Prepares end of month report for SentriLock Keeps Association information current in the M1 system Reviews NAR and M1 previous day changes and transmits information Assists in posting event, education, and other dues and fee invoices and payments Participates in all staff meetings and development opportunities Assists with other duties as assigned by the AE and CFO Ensures the CFO is informed of any problem with the system or membership Assists with accounts receivable functions, such as notifying Brokers, agents and new members of outstanding dues and fines in accordance with the Bylaws and policies of BR Qualifications Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional listening skills and patience, extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, ability to multi-task and successfully problem solve.
Three years of related experience is preferred.

30 Monday thru Friday.
Overtime must be approved prior to work.
Half hour lunch to be taken each day.
Pay is hourly.
