We want someone who represents our core values by being passionate, empathetic, proactive, and team-oriented.Under the general direction of the Service Delivery & Project Team Director, the primary responsibilities include helping clients to achieve optimum use of their computer networks by performing needs analysis, installation, training, and problem resolution for the local and wide area networks. Training will be provided on our solution stack and processes but the candidate must have current IT experience to be successful in the role. A high level of communication, interpersonal, and service skills are a must. Your duties will also include managing escalation tickets from a small team of Help Desk Engineers. Applicant must be a team player with a can-do attitude that can lead a small team. This systems engineer position will require the following:
Ability to install Windows servers and virtual servers, handle migrations, and data backups.Understanding of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and components.Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems, the registry, group policy, device drivers, and more.Ability to assist customers remotely and go onsite when needed in the Gulf Coast area.Office 365 and support will be required.Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills are very important.Clean driving record as a company vehicle is used in this role.VOIP Phone system background a plus.SonicWALL firewall and general IP routing a plus.IT Management tools like Autotask, Connectwise Automate, Screenconnect are a plus.Benefits include:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
