Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

Position Summary DYNAMIC Pain & Wellness is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Revenue Cycle Management Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Communicate with third party billing team and be a bridge between CEO, patients and the billing company Responsible for printing and mailing claims to proper insurance company Responsible for working and resolving claim denials Responsible for Analyzing claim data and revenue cycle Upload Medical Records to varies insurance portals Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of policies as directed by the CEO in regards to the billing department Sort through mail in a timely and efficient manner Ensure EOBs are given to third party billing in a timely manner Prepare a daily list from the transcription company of completed transcriptions and share with providers.
Providers will then close notes on their own after reading their notes Answer questions in regards to billing, explanations of EOBs, balances, etc.
Answer phone calls/return voicemail from patients and attorney offices in timely manner Requirements:
Prefered Experience in Physician Office Billing and Medical Office Software Degree in Health Information Management or similar preferred, but not required Must have a High School Diploma Proficient in ALL Microsoft Applications Ability to work in fast paced environment Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations Must have Computer Skills and Organizational skills PI1112b5034b93-26289-34073014 Recommended Skills Billing Claim Processing Coordinating Customer Service Health Information Management Health Insurance Portability And Accountability Act (Hipaa) Compliance Apply to this job.
